Common questions
Can you make a key if I’ve lost all my keys?
In many cases, yes. An all-keys-lost job means the key is cut and then programmed to the car without an existing key to copy. Send the make, model and year and we will confirm whether we can do your vehicle and what is involved.
What do I need to show before key work?
Your ID and proof that the vehicle is yours or that you are authorised to use it, such as the registration certificate. Ownership is checked before any key or immobiliser work.
Can you program a spare key?
Yes, for many vehicles. Have all your working keys with you. Adding a spare while you still have a working key is usually quicker and simpler than an all-keys-lost job.
